It is clear that President Barack Obama’s 23 executive orders, proposed legislation, and the proposed United Nations small arms treaty, are an infringement on our gun rights guaranteed by the Constitution.
Obama and his congressional supporters who support such infringement on the Second Amendment are in violation of the oath of office.
During the administration of said oath they place their hand on the Bible and swear to protect and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic.
It is clear that in violating their oath of office they have committed perjury and should be moved from office and prosecuted.
